1. Goods that are not subject to return or exchange
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 (clause 3), trial masks belong to the category of hygiene products that are not subject to return or exchange if they are of proper quality.
Please check your order upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or by courier. If possible, unpack the goods on site in the presence of the delivery service employee.
2. If the product is damaged or defective
We carefully inspect each order before shipping, however, if you receive an item with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, please write to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
It is advisable to add the following to the application:
• order number;
• photo of the damaged product;
• a brief description of the situation.
We will consider your request as soon as possible and find the optimal solution!
