Delivery and payment

1. Delivery

We deliver throughout Ukraine using carriers:

  • New Mail

  • Ukrposhta

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and/or payment (depending on payment method).

2. Payment

You can choose a convenient payment method:
Online card payment
- We support Visa and MasterCard. This is the fastest way - you simply pay for your order on the website, and we send it for shipment.

- Payment upon receipt at the branch
You can pay for your order in cash or by card at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch.
Please note: the carrier may charge an additional fee for cash on delivery.

- Payment upon delivery
If you choose delivery by courier, payment is possible upon receipt - in cash or by card, depending on the carrier's terms.

3. Shipping cost

The delivery cost is calculated according to the current carrier rates and is paid by the buyer upon receipt.
